SNA partnered with Potatoes USA for an informative webinar on the versatile potato where you will hear from Culinary Nutrition Consultant, Garrett Berdan, RDN, and Rachael Lynch, MS, RD. During this webinar you will be guided through growing and harvesting in the school setting, preparation, serving ideas and provided with recipes.
Successful completion of the webinar and quiz is awarded 1 SNA CEU, or 1 CPEU for RDs/DTRs.

  • Describe the benefits of including potatoes and other vegetables in school meals.
  • Identify methods used for growing and harvesting potatoes in a school setting.
