Ingredients

  • 6 Small to Medium sized yellow potatoes
  • 2 tbsp / 1/8 cup / 30ml olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp / 4g kosher salt
  • 1 tsp / 4g black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F and cover the baking pan with foil.
  2. Using a paring knife carve a face into each potato, eyes, nose, and mouth.
  3. Toss potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper (to taste)
  4. Place them on the baking sheet face side up.
  5. Roast potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender.
  6. Serve with sauce or toppings of choice.
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
