Ingredients

  • 12oz. water
  • 2 oz. mashed potatoes (instant, unflavored)
  • 1/2 oz. cheese powder
  • 1/2 oz. preferred blend of herbs (.25 oz chopped cilantro, .25 oz chopped scallion)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 oz. bacon bits
  • 0.3 oz. green chilies (canned)

Preparation

  1. Bring 12 oz. of water to a boil, or a near boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add water to dehydrated (instant) potatoes.
  3. Add your preferred blend of herbs, followed by cheese, salt, pepper.
  4. Stir well and fluff with a fork.
  5. You can also mix in bacon bits and green chilies for added flavor!
