Crispy ETB Hash Brown Bites
2.2 pounds (1kg) Frozen Tater Drums
3 tablespoons (16g) Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 tablespoon (8g) Sea Salt
14 ounces (397g) Smoked Salmon
½ cup (64g) Green Onions, sliced
1-3/4 cup (140g) Mixed Greens
¾ cup (180ml) Crème Fraiche
As Needed Fresh Dill

To prepare the tater drums, fry them from frozen at 375 F (190 C) for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crisp. Drain them well and season with the everything bagel seasoning and sea salt.
Arrange the tater drums in a serving bowl and adorn the top of the crispy potatoes with the smoked salmon. Place dollops of crème fraiche on top along with a small amount of mixed greens and garnish with green onions and fresh dill.
