Love potatoes and sushi? Now you can have both in this fried potato sushi roll.
1 cup instant mashed potatoes, prepared
2 sheets nori seaweed
2 bars surimi
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Oil, as needed for pan frying
1 cup mayonnaise
2 chipotle chilis in adobo
2 teaspoons lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Prep Time: 30min | Cook Time: 10min
Prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package; season with salt and pepper to taste and let cool.
Spread seaweed and distribute mashed potatoes on them; place surimi in the center; roll up and dip into slightly whisked egg, coat the rolls with breadcrumbs; fry at high temperature for 3 minutes or until golden brown, one at a time; cut the rolls into 8 pieces and serve.
Blend all the ingredients until well mixed, decorate the sushi rolls with the dressing.
