These hasselback potatoes may seem fancy but they are so easy to make! I love how the potatoes cook when they are made like this, plus the browned butter & sage sauce on top adds such a yummy touch.
7 large yellow potatoes
5 tbsp butter
8 fresh sage leaves
1 teaspoon Sea salt
2 teaspoons Avocado oil
Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 45min
Preheat oven to 425 °F.
Cut slits in yellow potatoes. Repeat for each one.
Coat with avocado oil and sea salt.
Prepare sauce by heating up 5 tbsp butter on the stove. Whisk until it starts to brown. Add sage leaves.
Using a pastry brush, coat each potato with sauce. Leave some remaining.
Bake potatoes for 1 hr (or until they are tender)
When done, remove from the oven and add more sauce on top. Serve as a side dish.

Tried them a couple of days ago very good I will make it again for my family they loved it too!!!
