Ingredients Potato Bites 6 pcs Frozen Tater Drums 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil 1 cup Cabbage Thinly Sliced 1/2 cup Small Diced Squid 1 tablespoon Dried Fish Flakes (Katsuoboshi) 30 gram Mayonnaise 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce 1 tablespoon Japanese Soy Sauce Roasted Shredded Seaweed (few) Teriyaki Sauce 400 gram Water 500 gram Japanese Soy Sauce 15 gram Mirin Sweet Seasoning 100 gram Sugar 100 gram Tapioca Flour Preparation

Potato Bites Pre heat oil in a fryer or a deep pan to 350°F. Fry tater drums according to packaging or approximately 3 minutes. In a skillet, heat oil, add the squid and cabbage. Sauté with Japanese Soy Sauce until light-brown color, place on the plate. Place the prepared tater drums, followed by the teriyaki sauce, and mayonnaise on top of squid/cabbage plating. Then sprinkle fish flakes and seaweed. Serve Teriyaki Sauce In a pot, boil water and add Japanese soy sauce until re-boiled. Add the sugar and mirin.
