Japanese Sweet and Savory Potato Bites

Impress with this Japanese twist on traditional potato bites. Ready in only 15 minutes, these savory bites are sure to be a hit at any party.
6 pcs Frozen Tater Drums
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 cup Cabbage Thinly Sliced
1/2 cup Small Diced Squid
1 tablespoon Dried Fish Flakes (Katsuoboshi)
30 gram Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon Japanese Soy Sauce
Roasted Shredded Seaweed (few)
400 gram Water
500 gram Japanese Soy Sauce
15 gram Mirin Sweet Seasoning
100 gram Sugar
100 gram Tapioca Flour
Prep Time: 30min | Cook Time: 15min
Pre heat oil in a fryer or a deep pan to 350°F. Fry tater drums according to packaging or approximately 3 minutes.
In a skillet, heat oil, add the squid and cabbage. Sauté with Japanese Soy Sauce until light-brown color, place on the plate.
Place the prepared tater drums, followed by the teriyaki sauce, and mayonnaise on top of squid/cabbage plating. Then sprinkle fish flakes and seaweed. Serve
In a pot, boil water and add Japanese soy sauce until re-boiled.
Add the sugar and mirin.
Add the tapioca flour in small batches until thickened, whisk smooth.

Sounds quite a lot like okonomiyaki which is DELICIOUS! Where in the world do you find "tater drums" though. I've looked...
