Tender and crispy curly fries enrobed in a tangy marinara sauce and topped with gooey, melted mozzarella cheese.


  • 6 cups frozen curly fries
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 20 tomatoes, halved
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups grated pecorino cheese

Prep Time: 10min | Cook Time: 65min

  1. Mix tomatoes, onion, garlic, thyme and olive oil in a bowl; season with salt and pepper; arrange in a glass baking pan and bake at 374ºF for 35 minutes.
  2. Mix in a blender, pour into eight smaller oven-proof pans, add curly fries, parsley and grated cheese.
  3. Bake at 338ºF for 30 minutes or until fries and cheese begin to brown.
