Spiralized Potato Stacks

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and washed
  • 20 g of powdered Parmesan cheese
  • 40 g of melted butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Spiralized Potato Stacks

  1. Spiral the potatoes using a vegetable spiralizer. toss with melted butter, parmesan, herbs, and seasonings. Then arrange potatoes into a nest in a muffin pan.
  2. Using high heat about 400-degree oven bake for 10 min or until golden brown around the edges. Remove and serve.
