5-1/2 Cups Water
5-1/2 Cups Prepared Marinara Sauce
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
8 Cups Potato Flakes
As Needed Salt and Pepper
4 TBS Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 tsp each)
As Needed Fresh Basil (Optional)
Prep Time: 5min | Cook Time: 10min
Heat the water and marinara sauce over medium-high heat until it comes to a simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the Italian seasoning.
Using a wire whisk, stir in the potato flakes and allow them to sit for 1-2 minutes before mixing again.
