Coppell ISD Provides Potato Education in Grab & Go Meals

While providing meals to students, add in bonus education materials like Coppell Independent School District (CISD). Alicia Braun, Register Dietitian for CISD stated “we are sending whole potatoes that were grown in their school gardens home with the students in their drive-through sack lunches and encouraging them to make the recipe we provide.  We will be providing students with a recipe, fun facts, and the PRTB student backpack guide.” Stimulate students minds and keep them engaged with family through these fun educational materials to add to their meal bags:
