Ingredients

  • 8 cups Frozen curly fries
  • 4 lbs. fresh mahi-mahi
  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • 3 cups tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 4 serrano peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • Frying oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the mahi-mahi into small cubes; marinate in lime juice for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped ingredients and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.  Serve in eight cups.
  3. Heat oil to 356ºF fry potatoes until golden brown; drain on paper towels.  Season with salt and pepper and serve with the ceviche.
