Ingredients

  • 1 Potato Red, 3 inch diameter
  • 1 Cup Strawberries Frozen
  • 1 Cup Soy milk, vanilla Calcium-fortified
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Protein powder Vanilla, 20 gram pro, low sugar

Preparation
Prep Time: 2min | Cook Time: 3min

  1. Scrub potato well. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until soft. Discard the peel.
  2. Place everything in a blender and blend thoroughly.
