Love this recipe, easy, delicious, prepared it with little white potatoes, added some fresh chives from the garden and finished flaky sea salt - it also held well for the next day. Beautiful, impressive for family or a dinner party, great for Summer grilling!

This has joined our regular, dinner rotation. It’s a great mixture of textures and flavors and tastes fresh and bright. We have taken to adding gyro meat on the side.
